Bioceutix is an authorised distributor of Australian Bush Flower Essences. Our products are vibrational remedies intended to support emotional and energetic wellbeing. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.

3. Ordering

By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.

• All orders are subject to product availability
• Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before confirming your order

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. Bioceutix does not store your card details.

5. Delivery

We deliver across South Africa. Delivery times and costs are as follows:

• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
• Free shipping on orders over R800
• Delivery to remote areas may take longer

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [email protected]
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item

We cannot accept returns on opened products for hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective.
